Le poste

Support national and regional marketing campaigns and events.

Assist the French sales Surgical team with all marketing materials approvals, and compliance with French regulations in association with the Regulatory persons in France.

Be an integral part of the European marketing team, providing support for European campaigns and congresses.

- Implement the marketing plan for France, in close collaboration with the European Marketing team

- Follow and manage the marketing budget, based on priorities defined with the manager

- Support conception, implementation and monitoring of national/regional marketing campaigns (Product Differentiation, Value Added Programs, Customer Relation Management)

- Provide back-up for customer support / training material (eg customized slide sets)

- Train sales team on newly approved marketing tools or messages

- Support national/regional congress activities

- Support the European marketing team as per needs:

- help with organization and visuals for European congresses

- Competitive monitoring, develop counter-arguments

- Develop European tools or campaigns for the core business

Traveling up to 20% of the time, mainly to Switzerland (Geneva area) where the European marketing team and EU headquarters are based.

Profil recherché

Required Experience and Education/Skills:

- min. 2 years marketing experience in a French healthcare company, MedTech a plus

- Fluent in French and English; other European language a plus

- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, Internet)

- Bac +5 in a scientific or business degree
