We are looking for a Customer Experience Engineer skill, who for the customer Experience service of our client. Trusted Quality partner, the consultant will have for mission to manage customer feedbacks related to products, focusing on product lines. A good culture of customer and clinical environment is a plus. Strong contacts with the field and collaboration with different stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, R&D).



  • These skills are becoming the centre of the management process for these product lines acting.
  • Within the Quality department, the mission will address the customer feedbacks received from the field,
  • From the event identification to the final answer to the field, the consultant will drive the investigation of the event and will ensure that the customer answer addresses business needs in term of customer satisfaction (closure time & reliability).
  • Consultant will have to work closely with key stakeholders to ensure to provide a robust investigation. Consultant will be fully accountable to address the customer feedbacks assigned to him within the end to-end customer experience process.
  • Consultant will also support the local health Authority’s questions and reports.
  • Autonomous, skills are necessary to manage the priorities based on business need and patient risk.

Descriptif du profil


  • Ability to negotiate « win-win » situations with internal customers and external suppliers,
  • At least master engineering degree,
  • Experience on CRM Products is a plus,
  • Autonomous,
  • Communication skills,
  • Technical writing skills,
  • Investigation method (for ex 5 why).



  • Max. 5 years in a medical company
  • Knowledge of applicable international standards and regulations (e.g. MDR, ISO 13485:2016, 21 cfr part)



  • Profile/Education: Customer Experience Engineer
  • Experience: 5 years max. of experience in same activity
  • Fluent of English (oral & written)
  • Initial planning: 3 months (renewal of 3 month)
  • Start : July
