Labeling Specialist  (H/F)
Basé à Montmorency

The Labeling Specialist is responsible for th overall coordination, development ad execution of the labeling for commercialized and new product development products.

. Design, develop and update global labeling documents to include product labels, instrcutions for use (IFUS), implant cards and other related labelng materials.

. Collaborates with cross-foctional team members to ensure the aacciracy of all information included on the label or in the labeling

. Manager Labeling changes within the approved document management system

. Collaborates with suppliers and vendors for outsourced printed productsand transleted materials

. Ensure labeling compliance with quality management system (QMS), regulatory requirements and guidelines, standar operating procedures and work instructions
. Cooordinate training for manufacturing pesonnel related to system operation and maintenance

. Contribute to development and documentation of usiness process to supprt product labeling

Descriptif du profil

. Bachelor or Master in a scientific discipline or equivalent

. Minimum 3 years of labeling experience in an FDAor EU regulated environement

. Medical or pharmaceutical industry

.Experience utilizing label design software such as easy label, NiceLabel, Bartender or Adobe illustrator/Photoshop and other related software

. Basic reading and math

. Knowledge of quality systemes and relationship to business

. Attention to details, document management, and strong project management skils

. Excellent written and verbal English language communication skils and ability to present information to diverse collegues in global locations in a clear and concise manner

. Ability to read and interpret general product description information and technical procedure

. Software used: Code soft, Titan
