★ We need you ★

Our software is the only SaaS platform aggregating and processing Data from cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED) and weight scales. A large portion of Heart Failure patients are also implanted with CIEDs. Having all data in one platform is extremely convenient and useful for managing patient clinical situation. Our Implicity Heart Failure remote monitoring solution is expanding a lot, more and more patients and Medical Teams benefit from it every day.

By associating a Withings connected weight scale integrated with our platform with a full remote monitoring service to manage alerts, Implicity clearly helps to improve the quality of life of the patients.

Your mission is to manage, with your team, the entire sales & customer cycle:

°   from opportunity identification

°   through closing & upsell

°   to Customer Satisfaction management

You will expand the number of Medical Centers using our solution, and within each Medical Center the number of patients followed by our solution.

Your 3 main KPI’s then are:

°   Number of closings (Sales)

°   Number of patients equipped with a weight scale (CS)

°   NPS (Net Promoter Score), to measure the clients satisfaction (CS)

You work on a national level, and you have 1 new best friend: Salesforce

Our CRM is filled qualitatively, and it has to stay so under your close supervision & active participation.

  • You develop (monthly, quarterly) action plans by analyzing sales & CS figures / reports, identifying the needs of particular accounts, and collaborating with the leadership team to help the organization achieve annual goals
  • If we very well know the different rhythmology departments of French Medical Centers in France,
    targets have nevertheless to be qualified more precisely (decision-makers of the heart failure units).
    You then prioritize actions for the team according to potential
  • You upskill your team on demos (to Medical teams or Medical Administrations), and do them physically & personally for major targets to secure purchasing commitments
  • You guide your team to make sure
    ° quotes/contracts are made in the most professional way, aligned with company guidelines
    ° customer specificities have correctly been integrated
  • You deal & intervene directly negotiations / closings / CS of the most important deals / Clients
  • You make sure the team nurture close relationships with clients and visit them on a regular basis.
    You upskill team on upsell leverages
  • You closely follow the rise in patients monitored / Medical Center, and make sure the NPS stay as high as possible, with the objective to keep our fantastic 0% client churn performance
  • You work closely with the French Marketing manager to contribute to the definition of the marketing action plan and build effective marketing actions to generate leads
  • You feed the Product department with top market insights, caught thanks to in-depth questions with physicians during presentations, enabling our company to (sometimes) fill the gap, and (mostly) keep us clearly ahead of competition
  • You develop a close relationship with our external devices manufacturer partners
  • You represent the company in conferences / symposiums / congresses / exhibitions, dedicated to the company's business sector so that Implicity gains high visibility

Descriptif du profil

Your Background ★

  • You have at least 5 years experience selling Medical Devices to Medical teams and training staff on it
  • Your ideally know the Cardiology industry
  • You ideally have an Engineering background

Your Hard Skills ★

  • You’re a hunter / a farmer / a manager at the same time!
  • You know how to efficiently address Medical staff: codes, tone, pace, etc.
  • You have some management experience
  • You are very comfortable with Excel, and have already used a CRM tool such as Airtable
  • You are ready to travel frequently to medical centers located all over France (like for real), and you ideally have the driving license
  • You are both super fluent in French & in English

  • For this job (CDI – full time), your fixed salary will depend on your experience
