Descriptif du profil

As Business Development & Customer Success Manager, you will be at the heart of our international expansion — leading and energizing our distributor network to ensure that more patients around the world can benefit from this breakthrough technology.

Your mission

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to accelerate international growth.
  • Source, onboard, and empower distributors with the right tools, training, and motivation.
  • Act as the primary contact for partners, driving engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (clinical, QA/RA, supply chain, marketing) to deliver seamless support and exceptional service to our partners and their patients.

 

Who you are

You are a committed, self-starter, driven by purpose rather than routine. With at least 5 years’ experience in a commercial role with international exposure, you know how to build trust with partners and influence across cultures. You thrive in autonomy, find energy in overcoming obstacles, and are deeply motivated by the impact of your work — helping as many patients as possible regain control over their lives through innovation.

Location: Paris (regular on-site presence)
